Julia demonstrates great expertise in the field of public relations, but moreso in applying PR specifically to the world of cosmetic clinics and aesthetic practice. She has provided ConsultingRoom.com with numerous, relevant, ‘how-to’ and guidance articles on managing PR for those operating in this niche industry. Julia is not afraid to share her knowledge and experience and does so in an engaging and simple-to-understand fashion. As well as providing us with a great series of articles on PR for clinics, Julia has produced engaging video content and been an expert presenter at our annual SMART Ideas business seminar (www.smartseminar.co.uk), which offers a full day of CPD-certified content covering all aspects of running a successful aesthetic business. Commanding a workshop session, Julia’s understanding of how clinics can stand out from their competition was invaluable for the delegates. In fact, it’s true to say that it was all the help and supportive content from Julia over the years, that we have been able to share with the Consulting Room Membership, that lead us to invite her to become an expert member of the Editorial Board for our quarterly-printed trade magazine, which we launched in 2018.
